We are located at Harrogate, between Leeds and York, 2.5 hours train journey from London. We are currently holding one AA rosette, and had been established for 20 years. We had been listed as the top 100 restaurants by Sunday Times. Requirement: 1) Minimum five years of head chef or wok chef experience within a busy fine dinning restaurant is required. Excellent cooking skills for Asian Fusion food, including Thai, Malaysia,  Singapore, Chinese, and Japanese food. 2) Excellent people management skills. Hard working, good organiztion skills are essential to lead the team to cope with the high demand from the kithecn operations including main restauarant, take-away, Sunday buffet, hotel breakfast, and staff dinners.  3) The cost control is the enssential part of the job. Ordering, stock control, and right preparation for the daily operations are required for this role..   4) The candidate needs to be able to design the menu for the special functions, and correct pricing and costing.  In exchange, we offer relocation package, assist the accommodation, 28 days holiday pay per year, with a bonus related excellent pay package.
