Combining market information, propose Suggestions for design and development, and be able to design clothes independently.  Keep close contact with sales, purchasing and production teams to ensure products are suitable for customers, markets and price points. Assure the flow of merchandise to maintain a balance of freshness, styling, and seasonality by class.  Assisting inventory management in order to optimize inventory turnaround and aging. Track sales trends and execute timely implementation of clearance and liquidation strategies to clear older seasonal products; You will also need to be able to build strong lasting relations with team members and suppliers. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and Office Manager.   You need to have at least 5 years experience working within a similar role within fashion buying or fashion design. We are also looking for someone who is independent, driven and ambitious. You will need strong negotiation and communication skills and be keen in building relationships.
