There is NO lounge, so we mainly stay in our own room, a very quiet and cosy environment. - The monthly rental is 1250 pounds (there might be extra charge for a couple), all bills and cleaning every two weeks included. -The tenancy is very flexible, you can move out whenever you want, but 1 month notice is required. ONLY FOR 2 MONTHS RENT OR OVER. Preferably 2 months rental upfront if that's ok, but the upfront rental doesn't have to all come at once. 1 month rent deposit is required.
