Job type: Full-time Main Responsibilities · Being the main contact of brands assigned, building and maintaining relationship with clients, providing high-level customer service of e-commerce consultant; · Consulting and proposing China-entry business plan to clients stands on well-knowing about company structure, proficiently presenting solutions and successfully converting potential clients; · Supporting marketing team in working closely with the research function & leveraging digital analysis; · Offering clients the optional services skilfully, e.g. branding and marketing; · Planning customized promotions and campaigns for particular clients, based on fully understanding of e-commerce background; · Bring certain resources to appropriate departments, efficiently working with the internal teams and inerrably leading sales; · Supporting back-end teams for products launching, includes operations team, sales team, design team, and technology team · Setting and leading internal passion, creating selling points and delivering brand stories. Key Requirements: · Fluent Standard in English and Mandarin (English mother tongue preferred); · Successful and proven negotiation, communication and presentation skills; · Strong acknowledgment of e-commerce, especially China marketplace targeted; · Ability to respond to changing priorities and react accordingly; · Ability to understand and analyze data; · Teamwork skills; · Microsoft Office – Intermediate level ideal at least, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
