Job description: Britsense Ltd is looking for a Marketing & Operation Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for acquiring and developing new B2B, B2C sales while maintaining existing clients. You will be expected to thoroughly understand the full range of products and services and be able to approach a wide range of potential clients in the UK or E-commerce Businesses all over the world. Through a business needs analysis, you will be able to identify opportunities to introduce the portfolio into those businesses. Full product knowledge training will be provided. You will be responsible for building your client base and working to sales targets so you must have a strong desire and determination to succeed. As a marketing and operation manager, we will expect you to be professional at all times. Key Responsibilities: To lead a team to promote and sell our extensive range of products, e.g. Zwilling Kitchenware and beauty products in UK and internationally (particularly Asian customers) To support the Directors in business development. To liaise with existing clients and gain repeat business through the analysis of their continuing purchasing needs. To create proposals To follow up leads generated through the website and mailers To contact relevant businesses within our target audience to sell our products and build relationships. To represent the company in its best light at all times. Attend Business Networking meetings work in retail venue if applicable Person specification unless very outstanding, at least 1 year work experience in the same or similar industry or position Familiar with trading procedure from purchase, store, sell and relevant documents a positive, can-do attitude High attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English/ Chinese (preferable , not essential) both in oral and writing Friendly and approachable personality Strong Microsoft/web development/ IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel as will be managing a variety of spreadsheets including accounts Strong organisational skills A background / contacts in luxury products sales /E-commerce would be beneficial Good at web designing / tele/web marketing /using various internet medias, e.g. wechat, facebook etc would be a huge bonus Full driving license is desirable Benefits: SALARY: £ 25,000+ uncapped bonus per year after probationary period Working in a professional team at office in the beautiful shore of Edinburgh, with free coffee, milk and tea Britsense full time employee's families can have discount of all our products.
