We have well known online retail clients, and need an organised and proactive team member to liaise with the clients, and assist in managing their orders, as well as translating. The responsibilities of the successful applicant will be: Assisting the designer by translating completed design sheets. Knowledge of design is not necessary for this. Dealing with orders from our clients, and ensuring the critical path is followed so that delivery dates are met. You will assist the manager in the merchandising of clients orders.Liaising with suppliers on a day to day basis, ensuring samples, production are received on time. We require the following skills: Fluency in English and Chinese (verbal and written) Competency across office software e.g. MS Office.We require someone who is highly organised, comfortable in liaising with clients regarding their orders, proactive, and can take responsibility for the role. The job is based within walking distance of Manchester City Centre.Salary: 15k-22k plus, based on experience. Working dates: Monday to Friday ( 39 hours)/ week Holiday: 28 Holidays
