NEW LAUNCH SUPPORTGather Artists’ feedback on upcoming new launches to support the forecasting process. Pull /analyse new launch sell through data and collect Artists’ qualitative feedback about new launches and promotional initiatives. Distribute product samples to the Online and Social teams as they arrive into the office. BASIC LINEMaintain the product Order Form with bi-annual updates, ensuring complete accuracy of the product catalogue. Pull /analyse category performance data to support the Line Edit process. PRICINGConduct competitor pricing research to support new launch pricing proposals. Support the Assistant Manager in the annual pricing review. Supply updated price lists to TR, Training and VM teams on a quarterly basis. SAMPLING /PPMExecute planned sampling campaigns, including the production of any collateral & support with analysis / feedback as required. Plan and produce produce makeup service collateral as required. Forecast /produce gifting collateral to support key moments in the year and manage stock levels for evergreen collateral. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONSWrite the monthly new launch bulletin in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team, ensuring accuracy & adherence to launch deadlines. Required profile岗位要求 Qualifications THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:Be educated to degree level or above; Have experience within a marketing role, ideally within beauty, and be passionate about MAC, the beauty industry & consumer trends; Be highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines; Be self-motivated, proactive/autonomous and keen to learn in a fast paced environment; Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills; Be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail; Be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel [Intermediate Level, highly numerical], PowerPoint [Intermediate/Advanced, high level of creativity]); Be reliable, committed and willing to go above and beyond as and when the brand requires.
