Project Coordinator required / 招聘岗位：Project Coordinator / 薪水：面议 / 薪水类型：年薪 / 支付周期：月付 / 工作地点： EN5 4BS / 联系人：Erin / 邮箱：hr@cosmo-restaurants.co.uk / 详情：Essential Functions: • To assist Head of Project with new restaurant openings • Organise timetables of deliveries and other project work • Produce spreadsheets of budget, forecast cash flow and costs • Liaise with landlords, local authorities, agents and/or relevant parties to obtain necessary paperwork, permissions and consents • Build good working relations between architects, contractors, suppliers, CEO, installers and service vendors to swiftly and smoothly move projects ahead • Produce detailed lists of equipments, building, furniture and restaurant essentials to facilitate purchasing worldwide • Deal effectively with customs and suppliers for deliveries from Far East • To assist and report to the Head of Project with the progress of contractors' work as well as to control overall costs as per agreed budget • To compile and maintain project documents for the senior management • To update and maintain latest restaurant related information on various database • Traveling arrangements, diaries monitoring and appointment bookings for Head of Project • General administration and office duties Candidate Profile: • Excellent language skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese • Fully IT competent • Experienced in reading AUTOCAD (preferred but not essential) • Solid experience in project management ideally in catering industry • Excellent negotiation skill and talent to influent others • Analytical, systematic, organised and detail-oriented • Multi-task and be capable of working towards tight deadlines • Result-driven Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 6.30pm (one hour lunch break) – working over weekends may be required Location: High Barnet (travelling nation wide may be required) Salary: £25000 to £30000 depending on experience Closing Date: 28th April 2017 Please send your CV to hr@cosmo-restaurants.co.uk with the subject "Your Name - Project Coordinator - Ybirds"
