Management accounting Preparation of quarterly management accounts on the sage accounting system; Preparation of quarterly and yearly management report for director and manager. 2. Financial Reporting Preparation of draft statutory accounts; Liaise with external auditors as required. 3. Treasury and cash flow managment Monitor and report cash flow on a monthly basis, making appropriate recommendations to the manager; Management of foreign exchange risk and transactions. 4. Management of purchase ledger and sales ledger Review of all purchase ledger transactions ensuring that expenditure is wholly and exclusively for business purpose and coded appropriately in the Nominal Ledger; Review of supplier statement on the monthly basis; Review of all sales ledger processing including authorisation of sales invoices, ensuring that all transactions are coded appropriately in the Nominal Ledger; Review of company credit card and employee expenses transactions and reconciliations ensuring that all expenditure is wholly and exclusively for business purpose, VAT is reclaimed appropriately and that costs are accurately coded in the Nominal Ledger. Job requirement: 1. Pass all papers of ACCA (pass P6 Advance Taxation and P7 Advance Audit) 2. Minimum of 2 years in an accounts function and management accounts preparation in China. 3. Familiar with chinese, uk and international accounting and taxation rules and regulations. 4. Language requirement: Fluent in both English and Mandarin
