Advising on all aspects of private education in the UK, school placement/private tutoring, revision course for major public examinations. Working with UK independent boarding schools on a regular basis to get the most up-to-date knowledge and information on vacancies by year group, course, and admission process. Establishing partnerships with top UK independent boarding schools in terms of international student recruitment. Carefully selecting host families who have a genuine interest in young people and meet our rigorous selection criteria (carry out inspection/assessment throughout the homestay period to review their performance). Joining AEGIS membership to demonstrate that we offer legally compliant and best practice in all areas of guardianship. Overseeing school placement and host family recruitment throughout the UK, working closely with all parties concerned to offer an inclusive guardianship service. Building partnerships with experienced education agents who have a sound understanding of the British education systems. Managing the day to day administration, managing client accounts, arranging transportation to and from host family Marketing/Sales & Development: Developing and managing clients and partner resources, and building up an effective network. Being in charge of the stipulation and implementation of Guardianship First development plans and strategies. Planning and implementing year-round networking, marketing, and communication strategies to find and retain guardian families across the UK. Working with the Marketing Manager/Department to ensure that marketing material and promotional needs are met.
