Key Duties: • Use Excel for modelling, forecasting, budgeting, reorder and costing analysis • Evaluation of service provider’s charges, commissions & fees • Payments and invoices • Petty cash, staff expenses, company credit cards • Liaison with offices in China, Germany and USA regarding invoices, payments, expenses etc. • Other ad hoc accounting and financial work Requirements: • Minimum 3 years accounting and/or finance working experience • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is essential • Good business understanding • Good attention to details • High level of accuracy • Adaptable with the ability to manage own workload • Can do attitude • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese You should hold a valid visa allowing you to work in the UK.
