Job Role: As a Regional BDM (Business Development Manager as an Independent Sales Rep) for the group’s full range of fastener and metal products, you’ll be actively selling into independent distributor, wholesaler, reseller, retailer and industrial clients within Europe. Reporting to the EMEA Sales VP, you will be calling on both new and existing customers, to increase sales and display presence within the retailer's premises. You'll also use your analytical and commercial skills to assess the potential of territory, market and prospective customers. The role will be a field based position that will require you to work from home/office as well as travel to different regions of UK and Europe. Key responsibilities: Initiates and maintains relationships and opens lines of communication with prospective and established customers.
