Work Hours: 1 month full-time Feb 2016-Mar 2016, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9:00am -17:30; OR 1 month part-time Feb 2016-Mar 2016, 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:30 Location: Manchester City Centre Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a passionate candidate who can conduct high-quality customer surveys with immediate start. You will be responsible for creating and undertaking all customer surveys to assess levels of customer satisfaction, collate feedback, deal with complaints and identify areas of problems and opportunity. The main responsibilities include: Contact UKEC customers to collect customer satisfaction feedback and perform analysis of customer satisfaction data. Keep records of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken. Prepare and distribute customer survey reports, and maintain relevant databases. Identify improvement opportunities, using the combination of customer satisfaction and behavioral data to point out the direction of specific enhancements that will make the customer experience more effective. Manage and update survey questions and results to parallel customer needs as services change.Perform other ad-hoc related duties as required. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: Educated to degree level or equivalent. Be able to take ownership of projects to drive success. Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate to groups and individuals, tailoring style to suit audience and situation. Professional telephone manner. High attention to detail with high level of accuracy. Good command of both Mandarin and English. Good time management, IT skills, and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines. Good statistical attributes. Able to manage confidential and sensitive information. Reliable, honest, intelligent with the ability to multi-task Previous experience in a telephone survey role would be distinctive advantageous.
