Immediate Start!   Key Responsibilities: The External Liaison Officer will be responsible for developing partnership with educational institutions (HEIs, public and private education providers, and relevant stakeholders within the education sector) in regions where the organisation’s business operates to raise the organisation profile and promote our services available to all prospective international students, parents and education partners to facilitate international student recruitment. To  identify, devise and implement initiatives to enable the organisation to  create effective partnerships with all educational institutions and international student-related businesses in the target market(s); To develop knowledge and understanding of the target market competition and feedback to the Marketing Department for future campaigns. To undertake market research in the international education market at both commercial and governmental policy levels and make recommendations to improve delivery performance; To identify appropriate channels to engage in trading industrial insights in key policy discussions concerning the international education sector. To communicate a positive and professional image of the organisation to all stakeholders and the public; To organise, participate, and attend activities that help develop business insights, opportunities and network; To review all external liaison activities & partnership performance producing reports and plans to make recommendations to the company for improvement;Undertake any other relevant duties delegated by the company management which are in line with the main responsibilities of the post. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in  the UK. Educated to degree level or equivalent; Highly motivated with the ability to drive success; Excellent people, communication and problem-solving skills; Previous experience in a liaison or business development role within the international student recruitment industry would be a distinctive      advantage Good command of  Mandarin would be desirable   * This role involves some business travel primarily within the UK with occasional overseas visit if required.
