Whenever you see this address - 29 Elizabeth Road N155LG, RUN. Don't ever bother take another look. If you have time to read this on, here you go. There will be 9 people under the same roof, 6 of them are in the same family. So they think they rule the place and don't freaking care to show "respect". Someone always will slam the door slut, someone takes shower as late as 1am and someone as early as 5am, and of coz the "lovely" kids start screaming and jumping at every morning as early as 6am. There is no communication at all, either you stay or you leave. The rent include all utility bills and wifi. But landlord and the whole family will confront you and shout at you when they "think" you use too much even you spend 12 hours outside and 8 hours sleeping every day. They just want you to pay the rent but don't use the room at all. The wifi is so damn poor since they are so afriad you will steal the router so they keep it shut in the room, blocking all the transmission. One month deposit is required, plus two weeks rent. ( rent will be every two week). They force you to provide ID copy but you don't even know who they are, they speak dialect in front of you. They only accept cash and will not provide any receipt even you request that, since they don't report the income to HMRC. 看的懂中文吗?Sorry you are doomed! They wrote the advert in English but they don't speak a word of English. You are going to be picked on if you understand Chinese, THE CONTROL FREAK will "correct" you how to use the toilet seat even it's none of your fault, just because she can't communicate with the English guy who did it. She always keeps an eye on whatever you do, and accuses you hiding "secret" energy-consuming appliances, not to mention showing up in 30 sec when she notices you are using the kitchen/ washing machine. They suck. period.
