Above all, you’ll definitely need a lot of energy and enthusiasm. The markets are a great place to work if you join in. You may be on your own behind our stall, but you’ll be surrounded by other stalls and everyone pulls together. We’re also hoping you’ll be as passionate about good food as we are. It goes without saying that you’ll need to have good communication skills, be well organised and able to work well with the rest of our team.  As a right candidate you need to have a good command of English and able to work in a very fast-paced environment. We only have 2-3 hours to sell our product so it is important that you have a sense of urgency and can think fast on your feet. Mistakes and hiccups happen, but it is how these are corrected that matters to us & our customers. Bags of common sense are an absolute must.  Rates of pay are £7.00 to £9 per hour, depending on experience.  This is a part-time role. The hours are 12pm to 2pm every Monday to Friday (5 days per week).
