Main Duties and Responsibilities: The purpose of the Personal Assistant is to provide excellent support to UKEC Business Development Manager in Manchester to help him work efficiently and effectively. The main responsibilities include but not limited to: · Support the Manager with managing workload and daily activities. · Co-ordinate and maintain dairy and schedules of the Manager such as organising appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc. · Identify, anticipate and prepare information requested by the Manager for meetings, appointments, projects, etc. and follow up inward and outward information requests, outstanding reports, etc. · Manage meeting room bookings and catering; schedule meetings, prepare agenda and draft minutes. · Prepare, translate and proof-read letters, reports, etc. · Liaise with internal Departments on behalf of Manager as required and ensure the effective communication at all levels and at all time. · Perform other ad-hoc duties delegated by the Manager. Person Specifications Essential: - Have a university degree in any discipline. - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. - Have strong multitasking and organizational skills. - Have excellent communication skills. - Be responsible, mature, reliable and honest. - Be able to work well under pressure. - Be a committed team player but also be dependable enough to work individually with minimum supervision. - The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK. Desirable: - Have related work experiences in education recruitment industry.
